KeTicket: What is it and how it works?

KeTicket is the smart ticketing solution designed to manage in a simple and functional way support tickets in case of system breakdown and to carry out company operations.

It is customizable to the needs of any company, easily accessible from pc, tablet and smartphone.

KeTicket allows you to:

  • count users autonomously, associating them to specific profiles, on the basis of their operativeness;
  • analyze the progress of your tickets and resolution times through the “Report” section”;
  • create intervention forms with the possibility of integrating our KeFirma solution to add a graphometric signature;
  • each priority level is assigned a maximum waiting threshold for taking charge of the ticket, beyond which an automatic warning email is sent to the “Manager” of the unit;
  • you can see an overview of all tickets categorized by status and priority
